Grown on two vineyard sites on the west side of the Santa Clara Valley, Featuring two clones of chardonnay, the Wente clone 4, and the French clone 70. Each give this wine distinctive attributes. 100% Malolactic fermentation gives this wine a buttery and creamy texture. Barrel fermentation and aging adds complexity of vanilla and spice. This wine will pair well with grilled fish, Pasta cream sauces, and Roast Turkey.
